Papine High returns to Manning Cup

The ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Manning Cup Competition was launched Tuesday and is set to start on September 12. Papine High School will this year make its return to the football competition after a long absence. Training sessions were held throughout the summer under the supervision of the young, enthusiastic coach, Mr. R. Smith. The team is full of confidence and the boys are rearing to go. Can they take it all the way?
The groups have been finalized and Papine will have its first taste of Manning Cup action on September 15th. Papine will contest group ‘D’ which includes Camperdown, Clan Carthy, Meadowbrook, St. Andrew Tech. and Wolmer’s Boys. The Preliminary round fixtures for Papine High is as follows:
